Down 5

So it's day 7 on the new cleanse and I am down 5 lbs. I am feeling great and energetic! But the best part is... I have around 8 people doing the 24 Day Challenge and I am getting texts from them say how good they feel and how much fat that have lost! 

Here are a few:

"Day 13 and Ive lost 9 pounds. I feel great and still full of energy!" -Cory S.

"9 inches off in 10 days!!!" -Stephanie B.

"So Excited. Day 11 of Challenge. Jerry has lost 4 lbs. and a total of 4 inches. I have lost 8 lbs. and a total of 10 inches. Yea US. We are moving forward." -Kathi C. 


I get excited that I can help people kickstart their journey to health. Just this morning I had a friend text me and they ordered a Challenge! They are ready to feel great, lose fat and have more energy! 

On a side note, this is what I had for lunch today at a local Burger joint here in Austin. Hopdoddy, it's such an amazing place. If you are ever in Austin, contact me and we'll go have a good burger!

Day 3: Second Cleanse

I'm on my second cleanse using the 24 Day Challenge! It's the third day and I'm feeling great! At the last minute on Sunday, I decided to join Melissa on her first 24 Day Challenge, then to couple the Performance Elite Products from Advocare on the 11th day of the challenge. The thinking behind this is that the 10 day cleanse will rid my body of toxicants and get it ready to take in all the nutrients of the Performance Elite products. So on day 11 I will take photos and measurements, then 24 day from that point I will take "after" photos and measurements. I am supper excited about this new journey. I have never felt better, physically  meanly and emotionally! 


*I will be doing CrossFit 3-4 times a week. 
*I will be eating Paleo

A New Challenge!



After losing over 50lbs and kicking my butt in CrossFit, I have found out something new about my body. It reacts well to Nutrition and Working Out! I have seen more changes in the past two weeks than over the past three months! I am getting what Melissa calls the "Brad Pit" abs below the belt line. Putting together what I call the trifecta: Nutrition, Exercise and Product (Advocare) has pushed me to the next level in life and my workouts. With this in mind, I have decided to do a new 24 Day Challenge with Advocare's Performance Elite Products. This will be a combination of a continued Paleo Plan, at least 4 workouts a week and The Performance Elite Timeline. *below*

This is a new challenge and is not the same as the 24 Day Challenge, I would recommend doing the 24 Day Challenge before you start this Challenge. The 24 Day Challenge is a great kick start to your health! If you have any question about any of this information, feel free to contact me!

24 Days an beyond!


I am excited - my Mom and Dad are starting their 24 Day Challenges on Monday! A few other friends, and my girlfriend have decided to do the challenge as well. I am so glad that my experience has inspired them to kick start their journey to being healthy! It's hard to think that I spent 12 years thinking that the way I felt and looked at that time was "just how it is." Several months ago I found out within five days, that it's not true! I realized that I can look and more importantly FEEL amazing. I started my journey with the 24 Day Challenge coupled with clean nutrition and CrossFit and I have completely changed my life and my perspective on life. I now feel healthy physically, emotionally and mentally. 

I know some of you  might say..."This guy has chugged the whole gallon of kool-aid!" Well, if you consider Spark as kool-aid...then yes I have! And I'm extremely grateful for that!  

I am stronger than I was three months ago. I can run longer. I can focus longer on one given task. I have a clearer thought process. And I'm truly happier because I'm healthier. Happy hasn't been in my vocabulary for years. This change has opened my life up in so many ways. I went from barley having a business to taking on 4 different businesses. That is huge for me! Being able to focus on one thought was hard enough but to be able to handle so much in one day would be such a difficult challenge if I wasn't healthy. So, you can see how changing just a few small things can change everything and make your life better! I would challenge anyone to make some changes and see what happens. Blog, write, video your experience! Get out and do something!
