It's day 6 of the New Year and I have spent the morning thinking about how I have done with my resolutions. Well, I don't think I made any. I just know that I have decided to make this year a healthier and more successful year. So, everyday I will do one thing that will make me a better human and I will work on today that will set me up for success in one year. One year from now I don't want to look back and regret not making that decision today. I am committed enough to myself and anyone else who wants help. It's No Secret!

We're back and ready to kick off 2013!

...And it's no secret now that Melissa and I have made Advocare part of what we do! With months of testing and learning all about Advocare and the way the company works, we have decided to hit it with full force! We have put ourselves around so great leaders and business mentors. We have learned a lot and are on an amazing journey! We are excited

and are going to rock out 2013! 

Our Story, I found Advocare thru my CrossFit Coach and was a little hesitant. I'm a full time photographer and didn't want the business to get in the way of my photography business. Although I had spent the past month on products and they made me feel amazing and I was healthy, I still wasn't interested in the business side of Advocare. She talked with me about the 20% discount and as a business man if I could get a discount on something I would. So I signed up to get a 20% discount....three weeks later someone bought some product from the free website I got as signing up as a member....and I made $31.00! I was floored! "You mean to tell me that Advocare is going to send me $31.00!?" Is what I was thinking. So I asked about how the business and the next week I made $500, then the next week I made a little over $500! I was stoked! All I had to do was share my story...people in my life get healthy and I get paid. Doesn't seem right, does it?

So it's day 7 on the new cleanse and I am down 5 lbs. I am feeling great and energetic! But the best part is... I have around 8 people doing the 24 Day Challenge and I am getting texts from them say how good they feel and how much fat that have lost! 

Here are a few:

"Day 13 and Ive lost 9 pounds. I feel great and still full of energy!" -Cory S.

Day 3: Second Cleanse

I'm on my second cleanse using the 24 Day Challenge! It's the third day and I'm feeling great! At the last minute on Sunday, I decided to join Melissa on her first 24 Day Challenge, then to couple the Performance Elite Products from Advocare on the 11th day of the challenge. The thinking behind this is that the 10 day cleanse will rid my body of toxicants and get it ready to take in all the nutrients of the Performance Elite products. So on day 11 I will take photos and measurements, then 24 day from that point I will take "after" photos and measurements. I am supper excited about this new journey. I have never felt better, physically  meanly and emotionally! 


*I will be doing CrossFit 3-4 times a week. 
*I will be eating Paleo.
