Team Beard!

This morning is the Start of the 24 Day Challenge! 


I woke up at 5:10am and my starting weight was 243.6 lbs. 

5:15am I drank:

  • 1 Spark 20oz.  45 Calories
  • 1 Fiber 16oz.   70 Calories, 10g Dietary Fiber, 6g Sugar
  • 3 Catalyst (Pills)

5:40am I did my measurements and pictures. 

Height: 6'-2"
Weight: 243.6
Chest: 43.5"
Bust: 42"
Waist: 37.5"
Hips: 42.75"    *These don't lie!
Thighs: L: 24.5"  R: 24.75"
Arms: L: 12:75"  R: 13"
Body Fat: 24.5%
BMI: 31.3

6:00am CrossFit workout at CrossFit Rep
30min warm up,  20min WOD (Workout of the Day)
34oz of Water
*Workout Details

  • 10 Front Squats 75#  (*# means lbs.)
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 20 Sit Ups

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in a 20min time. I completed 3 rounds +10 +15 +15.


Post Workout Drink 
Meal Replacement Shake 16oz. 220 Calories, 12g Sugar, 6g Dietary Fiber, 24g Protein 


8:20am 3 eggs, Coffee with 1tlbs of cream 35 Calories, 6g Sugar. 




Boom!!! First morning of the 24 Day Challenge is off to a great start. I am pumped and ready to knock it out of the park. The real challenge is what I look like in 6 months and when I am 80 yrs old. Remember kids...Better today than yesterday!
