Day: 22 Abs UPDATED!!!

I figured I'd show you what I had for breakfast and let you in on the ab workout we will be doing today for day 1. 


Breakfast: Eggs, Chopped Green/Red Bell Peppers, Chopped Onions, 1 slice of bacon chopped. Dash of salt and pepper. Chopped Avocado toped with salsa. Coffee and a Banana. 




 Here is the ab workout Summer and I will be doing today. Feel free to give it a try. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. 



Warm up: 
5 min cat pose (Stretch)
Hold plank as long as you can. 

3 rounds for time
10 Burpee's
15 V-Ups
25 Russian twist. **each side, for a total for 50** (make sure to keep your chest up and back straight.)

Cool down:
5 min cat pose (Stretch)

Day: 21 New Horizons

Today is/was day 21 of my 24 day challenge and the best part is that it doesn't feel like a challenge any longer. I really feel like I have made some really significant life changes. With the food changes I made have completely turned my health around. I feel great all day, I sleep better, I wake up feeling rested...finally. I move better and faster...Thanks CrossFit

Day: 18 Two Miles

Today is day 18 of the 24 Day Challenge.  I feel amazing and I am seeing body change every day! I am not sure if it is the Advocare products I am taking or my pure dedication to getting healthy and fit!

Day17: Rest and Hyperwear

There are times when you just need to listen your body. I have been running and gunning for two week straight and this morning my body said to sleep. I wake up every other morning around 7:30am, 5:00am on workout days. But this morning I slept till 10:00am. It was a well needed rest. I have spent the day shirtless admiring my new body and sending emails. Don't be jealous! HAHA!

Day 3 : Not Hungry

Today was day three of the challenge and I was not hungry all day. I ate only cause I knew my body needed fule. I did my 6am CrossFit workout. I am very upset with how it went down this morning. Due to some lower back pain I was only able to complete one round. So today I met with Dr. Dave over at Red Line Sports Therapy to get everything worked out.
