Day 1: A Success

Yesterday was a great success. It was a great start to the 24 Day Challenge and I am feeling great! Here is a list of what I took in and what workouts I did.

My daily calorie intake was around 1650, I looked around to find a calculator to calculate the calories I burned during my CrossFit workout and couldn't find one. So I am guessing I might have burned around 800 calories. This is a total guess, so here is a list of the physical exercise I did yesterday. 

30 min warm up.
20 min workout
3 Rounds of:
-10 front squats
-15 push ups
-20 sit ups

Before Bed I did: 
-10 Burpee's 
-14 Mod HSPU (Hand Stand Push Up) 
-1 min plank hold

On to day two!
